CIMB e-litigation is a system designed to expedite recovery of defaulted loans through effective management and tracking of legal cases electronically. The system allows users from CIMB to monitor the performance of the respective solicitors through pre-determined milestones as well as having access to up to date statuses of legal action for all assigned files. Other than its monitoring function, payment of legal bills/invoices is also automated for all instructions via eLitigation.
