The Sales teams in Consumer Banking are responsible for initiating, implementing and managing the sales and distribution of Retail Banking and Commercial Banking products and services. They serve 81% of the ASEAN population by providing a wide selection of products and services through its retail network of branches and centres across ASEAN, supported by self-service terminals and Internet Channels.
CIMB Bank's mobile sales operate as “Hunters” where the sales personnel would actively engage in acquiring new customers by venturing out into the market.
The primary responsibility of the Mobile Sales Force (MSF) is to form teams and drive marketing and sales activities for various products and services. As “Hunters”, the MSF acquires new customers and promotes CIMB's financial products such as mortgages, personal loans and credit cards.
Branch Sales personnel are involved in managing customer relationships by providing financial planning advice in a sales oriented environment. CIMB's Branch Sales Personnel are based in our Bank Branches and centres. They cater to various market segments such as Preferred, Mass Market and Small Medium Enterprises (SME).
CIMB's Branch Sales Personnel also include sales services in our Automotive Financial Services and Retail Foreign Exchange business. The Automotive Financial Services team undertakes the business of automobile financing with sales scope covering dealer relationship, sales and origination. As sales personnel for Retail Foreign Exchange, responsibilities include to up-sell foreign exchange currencies and to develop and build long term relationship with customers.
Telesales (this role is currently only available in CIMB Bank Malaysia)
CIMB's telemarketing teams provide another channel for the marketing and sales of CIMB's products and services. The Telesales Agents engage with customers directly over the phone, playing an active role to cross sell the Bank's products and campaigns to generate leads.

Stockbroking is placed under CIMB Securities, which represents the regional security platform of CIMB. Its main business divisions are Institutional and Retail Broking, Wealth Management and Investment Banking which are supported by a strong research team of more than 40 personnel. CIMB Securities's product range includes stockbroking and research, structured financial solutions, management and underwriting of initial public offerings, secondary listings, private placements, divestments, corporate and capital restructuring, independent financial advisory, and general financial and corporate advice, and private banking.
The role of Equity Dealers is to provide share execution services to company clients. Through product familiarisation and idea generation, they also contribute to the growth and development of the team. Apart from providing equity broking services to clients, Remisiers also assist in client acquisition for retail equity broking service and cross selling of CIMB's capital market and financial services products.

We are looking for candidates who are:
