1 Who is eligible to apply for BizChannel@CIMB?
Sole proprietors/companies/clubs and societies who open corporate accounts with CIMB Bank are eligible to apply.
2 How do I apply?
You can visit any CIMB Bank branch to obtain the application form or download and print the BizChannel@CIMB Application Form . Submit the completed Application Form at any CIMB Bank branch or mail directly to:

3 Can I begin to use this service immediately after submitting the application form?

Once your application is processed, the Authorised User(s) and System Administrators will receive login details and User Password via 2 separate emails as well as Personal Identification Number (PIN) sent to their mobile phone, which is used to unlock the User Password. Please provide a Malaysian mobile phone number during the application, as the system is unable to send the PIN to a foreign mobile phone number. The Authoriser(s) and System Administrators will also receive the Security Device. Upon receiving these items, you can start using the service right away.

4 Changes on Authorization Signature / Condition / Limit / Permission for CIMB current account.
Please be advised that all changes pertaining to BizChannel@CIMB usage including but not limited to the above are to be communicated to BizChannel@CIMB directly.
