||What is a Security Device?
A Security Device is a physical device issued to Authoriser(s) and System Administrators. This device is used to generate a Challenge Response Code for Financial Transactions and Administrative requests.
||When do I need to input the Challenge Response Code?
Challenge Response Code is needed when an Authoriser wants to approve a transaction or when a System Administrator wants to approve an administrative task.
During Approval, an Authoriser or System Administrator is prompted with a Challenge Number. This Challenge Number must be keyed into the Security Device to generate a Response Number. This Response Number is then keyed into BizChannel@CIMB.
||How will I receive the Security Device?
The Security Device will be couriered directly to you in the Starter Pack
