Dear Valued Customers,

Effective on 1st April 2014, the following IBG schedule will be implemented:

a) Applicable for all IBG payments and fund transfers to current accounts & saving accounts. Except for Bank Muamalat, where funds are credited after 6pm if payments initiated before 12:30pm.

b) For loan and credit card payments initiated before 12:30pm on Business Days, funds will be available in the beneficiary's account before 12 midnight on the same day.

c) Crediting of funds to the beneficiary account is subject to the Beneficiary Bank's standard operating procedures.

Kindly check the type of Accounts accepted by MEPS participating banks. Please ensure that you enter the correct account number and should you have any doubt, please confirm with the Beneficiary Bank.

The Bank will notify you of any rejected funds via the Failed Transaction Module. Under normal circumstances, if you transfer funds today before 12:30pm, you will receive the returned funds by 10:30am, the next business day. If you performed the transfer after 12:30pm, you will receive the returned funds two business days later.

Notice on Change in Account Number

Following our recent system upgrade, effective Monday, 3 February 2014, all your existing Deposits and Loans/Financing accounts have been assigned new account numbers, with the exception of credit card accounts.  In view of this, we wish to highlight the following:

1. While your old account numbers will continue to be operational*, please note that all our banking channels, statements and correspondences will display only the new account number from this date onward.

2. To look up your old or new account number after 3 February 2014, you may:
          a. Visit the nearest CIMB Bank/CIMB Islamic branch;
          b. Log on to CIMB Clicks or
BizChannel@CIMB.

We are pleased to inform you that the transaction pricing for telegraphic transfer via BizChannel@CIMB has been revised to the following:

i. Singapore Dollar, Indonesia Rupiah, Thai Baht RM8.00
ii. Other currencies RM20.00

The pricing is effective from 11 April 2011

Please be informed that the services listed below will not be available daily from 11:45p.m. to 6:00a.m. the next day due to system maintenance:-

i. View account balance.
ii. View transaction history.
iii. Fund transfer & bill payments.
iv. EPF, LHDN, SOCSO and ZAKAT.
Please be informed for first time EPF customers you are advise to submit your files to EPF for testing before uploading into BizChannel@CIMB.
With effect from 1st March 2008, transaction charges for statutory contributions to KWSP, LHDN, Zakat and SOCSO are waived. You may enjoy this waiver immediately by uploading the monthly statutory contribution files through our BizChannel@CIMB.
