Dear Valued Customers,

We have upgraded our system to serve you better. We would like to inform you that the Reject Report for Bulk Payments (Bulk Payments-Others/Bulk Payments-Payroll) is now available via Bizchannel. For payments made to CIMB account holders, the report will be available on the next working day from the transaction date. For payments made to other bank account holders, the report will be available on the third (3rd) working day from the transaction date.

Please refer the step by step guide to access the Reject Report as per below.
Step 1 Click on 'Payments@CIMB' on the left side of the screen
Step 2 Mouse over 'Bulk Payment-Others/Bulk Payments-Payroll'
Step 3 Click on 'Transaction History' on the right side of the screen

We will no longer sending Reject Reports for Bulk Payments via email effective 3rd December 2012.

For Interbank GIRO (IBG) payment to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad (ICBC) customer's account, please enter the account number from 3rd digit onwards. i.e. Ignore the 1st 2 digits "01"

Example: For account number of "0129000100000123456", kindly enter "29000100000123456"

We are pleased to inform you that the transaction pricing for telegraphic transfer via BizChannel@CIMB has been revised to the following:

i. Singapore Dollar, Indonesia Rupiah, Thai Baht RM8.00
ii. Other currencies RM20.00

The pricing is effective from 11 April 2011

Please take note of the Bank Charges below effective 01.01.2010 for transactions effected through BizChannel@CIMB:-

i. Stop payment - RM 10 per transaction
Please be informed that the services listed below will not be available daily from 11:45p.m. to 6:00a.m. the next day due to system maintenance:-

i. View account balance.
ii. View transaction history.
iii. Fund transfer & bill payments.
iv. EPF, LHDN, SOCSO and ZAKAT.
Please be informed for first time EPF customers you are advise to submit your files to EPF for testing before uploading into BizChannel@CIMB.
With effect from 1st March 2008, transaction charges for statutory contributions to KWSP, LHDN, Zakat and SOCSO are waived. You may enjoy this waiver immediately by uploading the monthly statutory contribution files through our BizChannel@CIMB.
