2. What is an USB Security Device or ePass?
USB Security Device or ePass is a USB token issued to each registered users. This token is used to ensure secure login to CIMB Biz-Channel and provide digital endorsement for each transaction executed on the company accounts.

3. What is a PIN (Personal Identification Number)?
PIN is a random character generated during registration and is unique to each customer for the purpose of first time activation or login.

4. How will I receive the USB Security Device and PIN?
The USB Security Device and PIN will be couriered directly to you . For security reasons, we will mail to you separately.

5. What if my USB Security Device/ePass is lost or damaged?
You can request for a replacement by:

  • Download the Media Return Form from the Download Centre or click here. (You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this file. To download a copy, click here).
  • Complete the Media Return Form (attached the damaged token, if applicable) and courier it to:

* There will be charges imposed for replacement / lost of USB Security Device, as follows:

  • RM200 for White Security Device / ePass,
  • RM265 for Purple/Black Security Device (older version); and
  • RM265 for Smart Card (older version).

6. What if I forget my PIN?
You can request for a PIN reset by:

  • Download the Media Return Form from the Download Centre or click here. (You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this file. To download a copy, click here).
  • Complete the Media Return Form and attached it with the USB Security Device, and courier it to:

You can also bring the USB Security Device directly to Digicert for immediate PIN reset.
